Hello, and thank you — the report and the voice note between them make the path completely clear. We pulled the gateway log: the error comes back from the bank, and it is a mismatch between the merchant id and the destination account. I have passed the ticket to the infrastructure team.

We tested it, the payment went through and the receipt was issued. The only thing left is the success message, which is still shown in English; I have attached a screenshot.
